Mr. Jaihari Sampath Kumar is a distinguished Company Secretary with over 14 years of extensive and diverse professional experience across the finance, power, information technology, and media sectors. As Co-Founder and Partner of the Firm, he brings strong strategic insight combined with deep expertise in regulatory and corporate frameworks.
He specializes in corporate and allied laws, with particular proficiency in matters relating to the Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA) and proceedings before the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT). His core areas of practice include advising on and executing complex corporate transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, buybacks of securities, and implementation of Employee Stock Option Plans (ESOPs).
Mr. Jaihari has significant experience in cross-border transactions, including Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), Overseas Direct Investment (ODI), and External Commercial Borrowings (ECB), ensuring end-to-end regulatory compliance. He has also managed and overseen international operations across multiple jurisdictions, assisting clients in navigating global regulatory environments efficiently.

Mr. Karthik Sampath Kumar is a qualified Company Secretary and law graduate with over 8 years of professional experience in corporate and allied laws. As Co-Founder and Partner of the Firm, he plays an integral role in providing comprehensive legal, compliance, and advisory services.
He specializes in corporate law and FEMA regulations, with additional expertise in Business Process Re-Engineering, startup advisory, and compliance structuring. He has been actively involved in mentoring startups, guiding them through regulatory requirements, governance frameworks, and scalable business practices.
